This course provides the participant with the knowledge and skills required to deploy, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Privilege Cloud implementations. It covers the solution’s unique system architecture, Identity Administration, credential vaulting and rotation, and secure access to critical infrastructure assets.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Describe the unique system architecture of the Privilege Cloud solution.
  • Deploy the relevant solution components successfully.
  • Onboard and manage passwords (Verification, Change, and Reconciliation) using bulk upload, discovery, and REST APIs.
  • Enable secure access to infrastructure assets using vaulted credentials.
  • Monitor session recordings, audit session commands, and produce activity reports.
  • Utilize the knowledge base and troubleshooting resources to resolve deployment problems.

The course includes extensive hands-on experience deploying and administering the solution using our step-by-step exercise guide and a dedicated lab environment.

This course is designed for technical professionals who deploy, administer, or maintain the Privilege Cloud solution to secure sensitive infrastructure assets.

It is ideal for:

  • New Administrators tasked with day-to-day administration, credential rotation, session monitoring, and reporting (with or without prior PAM background).
  • Deployment and Security Engineers responsible for installing the relevant components, onboarding accounts, and providing technical troubleshooting during and after implementation.
